Cookie notice
This site uses no advertising pixels, no social network plugins and no profiling technologies, and installs no third-party cookies.
Since 17 September 2026 it measures its own audience with two tools provided by Vercel, the company that hosts the site: Web Analytics, which counts page views and the sources visitors arrive from, and Speed Insights, which measures how quickly pages load on real devices. Neither of them writes a cookie, neither follows you onto other sites, and both are served from this domain, so your browser makes no request to a third party for them. The address of the page is sent without its query string, and the addresses of the management area are sent in an anonymised form.
The cookies this site sets
Public pages set no cookies. The cookies below are created only if you start a booking or arrive from a partner link. They are all technical, readable only by our server (httpOnly) and contain no personal data.
rc_draft: holds the identifier of the booking in progress, so that what you have already chosen is not lost as you move from page to page. It lasts thirty days.
rc_attr: present only for visitors arriving from a partner link. It holds the unreadable reference of that link and serves to recognise which partner a booking should be attributed to. It lasts one hundred and twenty days.
rc_gift_residual: shows the residual voucher code once, after a gift card has been used. It lasts ten minutes.
What stays on your device
During the booking, the form keeps what you have already typed in the fields in the browser storage (localStorage), so you do not have to type it again if the page reloads or you go back. It stays on your device, is sent to nobody, and is removed by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
External services
Pages showing the area map load the map tiles from OpenStreetMap: when the map appears, your browser connects directly to that service, which receives your IP address and the technical data of the request. Payment pages load the Stripe module, which may set its own technical identifiers for payment security and fraud prevention, under Stripe’s own notice.
How to delete them
This site neither asks for nor stores cookie preferences: the tools it uses to measure its audience write no cookies and build no profile of you, and the cookies listed above are the technical ones a booking needs. They can be deleted at any time from your browser settings: once deleted, a booking that was started and not completed can no longer be found.
