A private chef for several evenings of your stay

How a week with Roberto can work
There is no fixed package: you choose the evenings, and the rest of the days stay yours. Here is one way to put a week together.
The first evening
A dinner at the villa. You settle in, and the first meal is cooked and served in your own kitchen, so nobody has to look for a restaurant on the night you arrive.
Midweek
A cooking class. Everyone at the worktable with Roberto making fresh pasta, pizza or tiramisù, and at the end you sit down and eat what you made.
The last evening
The long dinner: four courses at your table, to close the week.
On the other days Roberto is not in the house, and the villa is yours. Each evening works like a single booking: the experience lasts about three hours, and Roberto is in the house for about six hours in all, because he arrives before you start and leaves the kitchen in order afterward.
A week with Roberto is possible from June 21 to September 9, when his calendar is open for both lunch and dinner; outside that period, single dinners and classes can still be booked as usual. Which evenings, and how many, depends on his availability on your dates: tell us the nights you have in mind, and the dates are confirmed in writing before you commit to anything.
What a week costs
Each evening starts from the public price list, the same one used for a single dinner or class. For several evenings Roberto sends you a written proposal with the full price before you accept anything, and nothing is charged until you do.
Travel follows the published rule, and the proposal shows it. The dinner groceries are paid separately, as on every dinner; cooking classes include everything.
Breakfast and lunch
Breakfast and lunch are not part of Roberto's standard offer, and they have no price list. Within a stay of several days they are details agreed with you case by case, and they are written into the proposal. Lunch and dinner on the same day are possible too, within a stay of several days that you book together.
Large groups
Two families sharing a villa, or three generations under one roof: a dinner or a class for a large group is priced on the same list, and the price per person goes down as the group grows. Beyond a certain size the booking is confirmed by Roberto personally, and for very large groups he sends a written proposal.

What helps us answer you properly
Write naturally, but include the dates, villa location, number of adults and children, the services you are considering, the occasion and any known dietary or logistical constraints. A kitchen photograph is useful when the space or equipment may affect the plan.

How it goes from here
Roberto reviews the request and asks for any missing detail.
If it is feasible, you receive a written proposal covering the service, menu, full price, payment schedule and validity.
The booking is confirmed only after you accept the proposal and complete the required payment.
Nothing is charged before you have seen the price
No payment is taken while the request is being assessed. The written proposal states the full price and its validity; until you accept it, there is no financial commitment.
Tell us what you have in mind
